Terms & conditions of using blipt.com

1. Only the first person to refer a website or domain name will be considered for a commission payment
2. Subsequent referrals for the same domain name or website (or effectively the same, e.g. in the case of sub-domains, spelling variations and derivative names) will not qualify for any commission
3. Commission is paid at a rate of 1% of the commercial value of any contract for works or purchase as a result of your domain name referral up to a maximum of AU$1000, e.g. a $5000 redesign = $50 to you
4. Your qualification for commission payments is at the sole discretion of blipt.com
5. One commission payment will be paid per domain name
6. Commission payments are [currently] restricted to direct deposits to an Australian bank account
7. All values are shown in Australian dollars
8. Any software that is provided by this website is provided without warranty and is installed at the installer's risk
9. Information provided to blipt.com is considered public knowledge and not subject to protection under privacy laws or prescriptions
10. You authorise blipt.com to use any information you provide for commercial, statistical or advertising purposes in any form and media
11. You indemnify blipt.com, it's owner(s), staff and agents, against any loss or injury caused by the use of this website or service
12. The decision of the blipt.com owners is final in regards to any dispute
